It is indeed my pleasure to welcome you to the Newcastle Independent School District and the new Newcastle ISD website! The goal of Newcastle ISD is to provide a safe, positive school environment, to promote learning and academic excellence for all students, and to encourage the development of healthy productive citizens. In our effort to accomplish this mission, every campus will strive for excellence in every area of a student’s education.

Every phase of school life at Newcastle ISD is based on what is best for students. Our community, parents, trustees, and staff are committed to work as a team to graduate students who are educated, productive, and self-fulfilling lifelong learners. We can accept nothing less.

Our students have a rich tradition of excellence in the classrooms, and on the athletic fields and courts, as well as throughout all activities of this district. Our administration, teachers and staff set high standards of success for themselves and the students under their care and the community is always ready to provide support to all of our efforts. We are truly a team with a winning attitude!
