NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Newcastle ISD will hold a School FIRST public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Newcastle School Boardroom of Newcastle Independent School District, 505 Washington Street, Newcastle, Texas 76372, for the purpose of:
I. Call to order
II. Overview of School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas)
III. Newcastle ISD rating
IV. School FIRST Annual Financial Management Report
A. Superintendent’s Current Employment Contract
B. Reimbursements Received by the Superintendent & Board Members
C. Outside Compensation and/or Fees Received by the Superintendent
D. Gifts Received by Executive Officers & Board Members
E. Business Transactions Between School District and Board Members
V. Public Comments on the Report
VI. Adjournment
On this October 15, 2009 at 4:30 pm a copy of this notice was posted on the window of the main entrance foyer at Newcastle School, a place accessible to the public at all times, and distributed to local media representatives as requested.
